No. The keypads are designed for easy installation and can be installed by the owner/operator or someone without technical knowledge. US-based support and a full video library are there if you get stuck.

Keypad hardware is a one-time $1,459 to $2,159 depending on model. Monthly fees start at $10 for internet models and $30 for cellular, plus an $85 per location base fee.
